[Número de Pasaporte], author of the videos and presentations used during the event (hereafter referred to as the “Educational Material”), declare:
I.- That, in response to the request presented to me by Futbol Club Barcelona ("FC Barcelona") for use of the Educational Material, I hereby surrender all rights related to the Educational Material to FC Barcelona, including but not limited to the rights for reproduction, distribution, public communication and alteration, so that the material can be used for educational purposes in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below. I also authorise FC Barcelona to transfer these rights to third parties, whether exclusively or non-exclusively, for the use of the Educational Material by said third parties in accordance with the purposes described herein.
II.- By virtue of this transfer of rights, I grant FC Barcelona authorisation to:
a) Disclose and/or incorporate the Educational Material, in whole or in part, for use in any material, campaign and/or promotional element, regardless of the medium or audio-visual format through which it is to be transmitted. Examples may include, but are not limited to, graphics, internet, web portals, social networking platforms and messaging systems.
b) Edit the Educational Material, whether in physical, digital or electronic format or medium, and carry out any other action involved in the transmission of its content, without restriction.
c) Translate and/or subtitle the Educational Material into any language.
III. - This transfer of rights has been granted for an unlimited period of time, without geographical restrictions, and is free of charge. As a result, I shall not receive any form of payment for the use of the aforementioned Educational Material.
IV.- I declare that I am familiar with the manner in which the Educational Material is to be used, and I affirm that I am in complete agreement with this usage.
V.- I guarantee that I am the sole author of the Educational Material, which is original and which does not infringe on any third party rights. Consequently, I assume full responsibility for any claim that FC Barcelona may receive as a result of their use of the Informational Material, including the payment of any costs, damages or compensation, holding FC Barcelona harmless.
VI.- In the event that the Educational Material includes any third party content, I guarantee that I have obtained all rights and permissions for the incorporation of such content into the Educational Material, so as to be able to surrender them to FC Barcelona in accordance with the terms described herein.
