Professional Update Center is an online service that enables our subscribers to access a wide variety of content capsules related to Barça Innovation Hub’s knowledge areas through devices connected to the Internet (computer, tablet, or smartphone).

Professional Update Center’s content capsules are included within Barça Innovation Hub’s knowledge areas. They are practical guides, presentations, experts dissertations, and original articles about applied research, clinical cases, editorials and consensus articles, among others, developed by the Barça Innovation Hub team along with the FC Barcelona multiple services, as well as professionals working at universities and research centres around the world. Professional Update Center’s content may change over time. Depending on its format, some content is available for downloading, so you will be able to read it wherever you go and offline.

The loading or update volume on Professional Update Center does not have a default timing. We seek to update and have new content capsules available constantly.

The content on Professional Update Center is available only in its original language. Currently, most of the content available is originally in English.

By subscribing to the Professional Update Center, you will also have access to content capsules that may be available for sale separately.

Professional Update Center has a biannual subscription option that includes unlimited access for 6 months to all the content available through any computer, tablet or smartphone connected to the Internet. As a Professional Update Center subscriber, you will be charged only once, on the date you originally subscribed to.

The subscription to Professional Update Center lasts for 6 months, as of the subscription payment date.

In order to see the content on Professional Update Center, you need to have Internet access and a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone), as well as, having paid the subscription effectively.

Professional Update Center users’ membership will be charged automatically and only once on the date they subscribed to the service through the payment methods available on the shopping cart. In case we are unable to process the payment, we will suspend your access to Professional Update Center until a valid payment method is provided. For some payment methods, the issuer may charge certain fees, such as international transaction fees or other fees related to the processing of your payment method. Local taxes vary depending on the payment method chosen. Consult you payment method service provider for more information.

You can cancel your membership whenever you want. You should know this is a non-refundable payment and no refunds or credits will be issued for the membership periods used partially or the unseen content. To cancel your subscription, contact us through the Service Centre. If your cancel your membership, you will be unable to access the Professional Update Center immediately.

Once the subscription period is over, you will have the chance to renew you subscription for other six months. The procedure to pay for the new period is the same you used when you subscribed the first time, using the same payment method or another of your preference. In any case, we will contact you when the subscription to Professional Update Center is about to expire.
